It could be in need of another coat. It’s had two white on the ceiling and two cream on the walls. Would you just try another coat?

Hi I’ve had my summer house painted but the paint job is awful. I’m unsure whether it’s the painter, the paint or it just needs more coats. It’s been done with Cuprinol wood preserver and the Cuprinol shades. Any advise?
