the soil pipe comes in horizontally form a tiled box section to which the toilet is fixed, im assuming that in the box section it joins to a right angled pipe and goes downwards. yes i dowant to move it sideways a bit away from the wall as you suggest

Hi having just moved house we find that the 2 toilets are too close to the wall. they need moving over about 6 inchs. Without stripping the panelling down yet I think I can see a problem in that the 4" waste pipe coming out of the rear of the bowl must go into a soil pipe and this will be fixed...
