The roof is flat and on the inside picture i have put some arrows where it gets cold damp. It isn't water penetration as it only happens when it's real cold and not when it rains.

Hi. I have a 1950’s house which has a bay window front which has the upper part built in timber. The walls upstairs are freezing and a bit damp when the weather is cold. I am assuming this is an insulation problem. The walls are rendered outside. How would i go about solving this issue? Any...
