We are just about to decorate our cloakroom which is roughly 1.6 m2. Ceiling is artex and confirmed it does contain asbestos so won’t be pulling it down. Getting a plasterer in for such a small area will be expensive so thinking of either having a go at plastering my self as not to big an area...
