I have wired it up like this I hear the heat link click when I turn the thermostat up and down but the boiler doesn’t fire up.

I dunno. Thermostat has 2 cables (t1 and t2) which I just put into the t1&2 terminals on the heat link and it has power

thanks for that, says 90mm for me for 0.20u with 42.5 insulated plasterboard. in theory the building control would sign that off?

that would make the gap for ventilation 70mm instead of 50mm? is that ok? Also i was under the impression i only needed to out insulation inbetween the beams and then insulated plasterboard underneath them would be ok? buying 100mm and 50mm insulation is going to cost a bomb!

How do you mark them out correctly? All I can work out is that 12 tiles is not enough but 13 hang over far too much.

Clock verge, is The tiles that hang over the fascia? If so then yes.

Are these tiles compatible? Iv used Marley’s but need a half tile to make it all fit. Can only find redland grovebury half tiles online. Will they work? Thanks

Thanks, Noseall. Think I will go ahead with them. I’m 100% sure my Dad will make them look brilliant regardless. And like I say my porch ones don’t exactly match even though they are the “same” brick as the house.
