Hi katuludays As above have managed to remove 1 grub screw but the other just (spins) and will not come out (possibly damaged) Do you know if the handles are retained by anything else other than the grub screws as will not come off? Thanks.

Hi All I currently have a problem with loose handles to UPVC doors - the handles are secured to the spindle by a hex retaining screw. When I try to tighten the screw (image 1) it tightens but then the handle loosens again shortly afterwards. I have tried to remove the screw to see if any damage...
