The inner seal/aluminium spacer in our window seems to have drooped. I don’t know how good the image is to see, but you can see it bends and then there’s a small gap in the middle that you can see between.

We have a little walkway out the front of the house where the gas meter is. As you can see the concrete has cracked and sunken so it’s uneven. I was hoping to pave this or even deck it, but how would I fix the concrete/do I need to?
