Hi all, Noticed my velux window in our conservatory is leaking badly, I’ve been up to have a look & narrowed the leak down to the flashing on the window at the base, rain appears to be running off straight onto the roof felt. I’ve had the house for 3 years now so no idea who fitted the windows...
