i’ve checked that it’s definitely in dhw and ch mode

hi all i have a biasi advanced 30 combi running a normal room stat with no clock , so we have hot water as normal but no heating it’s as if the boiler doesn’t know it’s being asked for heat even if a bridge the terminals in the boiler for the thermostat it does nothing ?? any ideas cheers ste
