No the boiler is totally dead except the light on the main power switch. The room thermostat is "on" and the timer is on for both CH and HW. There is no fan or anything. Hope this helps Jamie

Could be a simple one just dont know: We have an ideal system, icos theres power to the boiler and the red switch light is on. There is no led indication on the user control panel. no 0 or any fault code indicator. Tried reset but its still playing dead. Any ideas? Jamie
