2002 corsa sxi 1.7dti, I have noticed that both cv boots have poped off the hub side and I can't for the life of me get them to stay on. once full lock is applied they just pop off can anybody help!!!

my 2000 reg astra is running like crap. two faults have been read - p0400 & p1405 both to do with the EGR system. does anyone know where abouts the EGR valve is located on a x16XEL (1600 16V) engine ?????

recently I clipped a curb after hitting a flood and now the car has developed a rough noise from wheel. when jacked up there is movement as I rock the wheel top to bottom, which leads me to believe the bearing is going. however the local dealership want £170+vat for parts plus labour 1/2 hr...
