I have a small sink with pop up plug. The water is not staying in the sink at all. I have changed the rubber o ring and adjusted the but but it is still seeping away albe slower. Anything else i can do to stop is seeping away and staying in the sink? Would i be quicker to buy a new plug...

Okay i am away to lay granite tiles on the bathroom floor, having never done it before. How easy is it to lay granite tiles? IF i have to cut a granite tile how easy is it to cut and will a tile cutter do it?
