I’ve spent hours looking at different types of asbestos insulating wrap. I’m cautiously optimistic that this degraded brown fibrous wrap with a smoothed surface, around boiler pipes from possibly 100 years ago (106 year old home), doesn’t seem to resemble any asbestos products... Your opinions...
