I am not a plumber! Therefore take this with a pinch of salt. It sounds like the problem is with your shower. Its possible the hot or cold inlet is not shut off properly and could be an O ring thats not seated properly. Or that the fitter has not put a restriction filter in the cold inlet as...

I now believe the Thermostat maybe fecked. If the thermostat gets hot and warped(?) and shuts off Then gets cold and sorts itself out this would explain the problem? Is this even possible?

Ah Feck! Would you believe it 5hrs after the guy left......11:30pm and the CH just kicked in and I have constant hot water even tho the boiler is set to 24/7 this fffing system is soooo weird. :roll:
