Foxhole No the tiles were not cracked but the grout around those bricks were of a different colour to the rest so we assume prev owners repaird cracked grout, the plaster board beneath it was cracked. We have lived here for 6 years

Thanks for your reply. This was built in 2005 as a three storey town house however those cracks are above the gutter line. The cracks appear where it changes from brick to cinder block

Apologies my husband posted this. It was basically to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience as we are very worried and going to have to get a strucual engineer to check it out

Hi, We live in a 3 story house, 3rd floor is above the roof line. While removing wall tiles in the ensuite on the 3rd floor we have found a step line crack in the party wall aprox 7mm in width (see pics)
