Yeah the screws into the door were small ones, they're all free. Hexes are out. I'll try having a go with the hammer and see how it goes.

Hmm perhaps. You might be right. I think there was only one of the hex screws that was there. I'll double check as it's a few days since I took them apart. If they have been glued together is there an easy way to get them apart or am I calling someone with some tools in?
