Thanks for your response. Sorry to be so thick. We used a Fob to operate the alarm when we had a maintenance contract but we stopped that contract and don't use the alarm system any more. Is the Code the 4 digit passcode that would have been loaded into the Fob at set up? I'm a bit confused...
