Boxing Punch Bag hung on joist (ed.)
I am fitting a Boxing Punch Bag (60 KG) up in my garage and need some advise. I have support beams in the garage and am looking to attached the bag to one of them. The beams are 7 mm x 2 mm. I would appreciate advice: will it support this weight? how should I attatch?- mrdavidj
