Good Evening, I need to cut out the front rail of a 900mm drawer unit to allow for a hob to fit. I am having 30mm quartz so I presume I need to support the quartz due to the 900mm span. Anyone got any suggestions how I could do this? Cheers

EPDM is not on yet I have just fixed the OSB in place ontop of the firrings. Maybe cross firring behind the lantern to get the water to fall around the lantern? Just cant seem to find any discussions on this topic!

Hi All, I have a flat roof with a 3m x 1m upstand for a roof lantern. I am going to use EPDM to finish the roof. How would I prevent pooling water behind the roof lantern which is between the lantern and existing house? Is it just accepted that water will pool there due to fall of the roof...
