I can change the time and times for the timer setting, but it won't progress through the "off, timer, once, on" settings.

Hi, I have an ideal ff240 boiler, which has been working fine until we had to cut the electricity off over the weekend to fit our kitchen. The hot water and central heating settings are now stuck on the 'once' setting and will not move to any other settings, I want to get it onto timer mode...
