Did you have any joy pal? I have the exact same problem. Building work, new slim tank and pipe. Oil gets to burner pump and fizzes out the bleed screw when opened, bit doesn't come out the nozzle pipe valve (unscrewed it to check) Seems to be bled fine, with decent oil supply, simply not passing...
