Where can I get a reducer

Thanks guys. The problem is solved. All I really needed was a 32mm Compression coupler. So for the DIY'ers on this board let me summarize my problem and the mistakes I made. 1) I tried to extend the sink waste using a 32mm push fit coupler. It did not fit as the waste pipe is too large. 2)...

Where can I get a reducer

Thanks chris The new sink is further away from the wall than the other. I first tried a 32mm to 32mm push fit coupler to extend the pipe but it would not fit. The internal diameter of the connector is 35mm where as my pipe is 36.3mm and therefore will not fit. Are you saying if I purchase a...

Where can I get a reducer

Sorry, I got the measurements wrong. I assumed 1.5inch/38mm from the drainage article. I've just measured the pipe with a vernier and the outside diameter is 36mm and the inside is 32mm. A 32mm coupler is too small while a 40mm coupler is to large. So what size pipe is this? And where can I...

Slow fill from new bath tap

Both hot and cold are fed from a tank in the loft so I can't see how mains pressure can be an issue.

Slow fill from new bath tap

Hi I’ve just replaced my bathroom suite and I’m now having problems with water flow from the bath taps. Prior to replacing the bath and taps the bath filled at a good rate but the new tap has a very low flow rate and it takes 30mins to run a bath. The new tap is a single lever mixer (see...

    Glowworm CI Timer

Thanks for the tip Corgiman but I was hoping for a simple replacement rather than a re-wiring job. I suspect an electonic one would be better than the electro-mechanical but I still need to know if the timers for the 24CXi are the same as those used on the 24Ci? Mark

    Glowworm CI Timer

I have a Glowworm 24Ci which has been installed a little over 2 years. It has already had one integrated electro mechanical time replaced under warranty and now that one is running slow (losses about 1 hour in every 24). I have checked it for binding on the case and it just looks like the motor...
