Yes it is a metal rod. I think it was attached to the back but has now come lose. It is a double oven, the top one works fine but there is no problem to the bottom one.

I have posted some photos. Any advice?

The wire at the back of my oven has come loose and it’s stopped working. I have taken the cover off the fan. Any ideas what I need to do?
