    Rusting balcony steel

Hello Another member on another post of mine pointed out that my steel beams are rusting and should be treated. Is there more to it than just painting with some steel paint? And do I need to completely dismantle the balcony to remove the wooden joists in order to paint under that too? Or will...

Fixing water ingress from Balcony beam

Hi, I have a balcony above my integrated garage, and water seems to be leaking into the blockwork. Drain cock for central heating

Hello, moved into a house that the previous owners lived in since new in 2006. I’d like to clean chemically clean, drain, and refill the heating loop. However, am unable to locate any drain cock on any radiators. I have though located three pipes with cocks on in the garage (which is actually...

    Filling gaps around toilet waste

Hi, we've been having a creepy crawly problem recently and I can't think where else they're getting in other than from behind the toilet / under the vanity unit. Any ideas what I could use to fill these gaps? It's a bit of an awkward space to get to unfortunately Thanks in advance
