Hi all, our vaillant ecomax 835 condensing boiler has just been checked out by a vaillant engineer...after sounds of bag pipes being tuned each time the water was turned on... still under warrenty less than 15 months old... diagnosed as blocked/damaged heat exchanger...new one ordered...

Need help & advice please. our boiler ecomax 835 vaillant only 15 months old is making a rather loud hissing or howling noise. This has only recently started happening. It seems to occur when the hot water is turned on upstairs & downstairs. The pressure is set at about 2 on the boiler...
