I have a Cloud Account and am trying to upgrade from 5.06 to 6 I have a similar problem but it stops at stage 2 of 6 asking for user authorization? How to you give this , I cannot see a way to do this? But had no problem upgrading to v4 of the Smart com firmware Stephen
