Hi - B&Q soft close kitchen drawer no longer soft closes. Any ideas how I may fix this please ? Other drawers in the unit close themselves from about 1cm from the unit - except one which needs to be fully pushed in by hand.
Any further ideas on this? Got the same at mine. Can't work out whether to try and pull the light further out or try to further unscrew the rim. It does seem to unscrew to a point but then can turn no further.
