Hi, My zanussi dishwasher has stopped cleaning dishes. Water is hot but a residue is getting left on dishes. I cleaner filter and spray arms but still not working. I pulled out the dishwasher and noticed that there is a grey hose connected to white thing on top of dishwasher but not connected...
