Yes it’s all connected to the guttering on his exstension and to a small down pipe off his exstension the guttering in the pic is already collapsing because it’s unable to hold all the water.. tried to say but not interested …

Yes they have the drain pipe under ground they have broken apparently he told me the other day now exstension is built

I actually do talk to them.. before it all happened there was a 6ft fence they asked if they could build of course I said yes.. why wouldn’t I.. I did say put the fence back how it was when finished as I paid for it.. yeah yeah we will which was a lie as the wall is there now… ok I’ll live with...

Lol putting a fence up in front of the wall is not an option I’ll loose to much garden… Iv got a friend who’s going to tidy it up and paint it .. Iv already told the Neghbour he said carry on

The brick work is terrible.. my 6 foot fence was there now I have a brick wall lol

To much guttering

There gutter has to hold water from house other side of me.. my guttering then they have built a big dorma on there roof so rain from that then there roof .. then the exstension roof also there’s a bend in the down pipe it all backed up

It flows on to there roof in to there guttering and into there little down pipe off there exstension.. which coursed my guttering to collapse last week with all the rain we had ..
