Replace FCU with standard socket for off peak electricity

Yea that was done ages ago as they had stopped working. So the landlord came and took them away as they were quite bulky and its a small flat. Why would they need to investigate the lack of off peak usage? As long as I pay them for the whole daily usage on the peak rates why would they care?

Replace FCU with standard socket for off peak electricity

Ye it's a long story... Yea the account is in my name and there's no agent. I've contacted the landlord so hopefully it will be sorted soon. I don't mind if it stays like this as long as bulb changes the tariff to single tariff.

Replace FCU with standard socket for off peak electricity

I've done the calculations and it's about 10 quid more per month with the higher daytime electricity price. (Compared if I was on single tariff) I would have to replace the eco7 meter for a single tariff one and the energy company quoted 120 quid. I have a 220W dehumidifier I usually leave on...

Replace FCU with standard socket for off peak electricity

Yea. I would like a socket that is connected to the off peak supply. So anything I plug into this socket will make use of the night time tariff at night. I also have a dehumidifier that I tend to leave on all night in the winter
