Hi everyone, took the plunge today and cleaned the keypad...it worked and it's working fine! thanks for all your help. One thing though, the tamper alarm did not sound at all when I dismantled it, so is that a fault or just the way it was wired/configured by the original installer?

Handymanjo, when i take the cover off the keypad (one screw) and the tamper alarm sounds, will the keypad still work? (to enter my reset code)

Unfortunately I still need 0 to escape LOG mode.

Hi, my son inadvertently put our alarm into User Programable mode. Unfortunately our "0" button has stopped working so i can't use 000 to escape. I have tried putting in our user code followed by "reset" but it just says "Off User 2". I can't find "off user 2" in the manual. Pressing Y or N...
