Thanks very much GalaxyGuy. The keypad is model CP038. In order to gain access to the PCB at the back of the keypad can I prise open the key pad with a flathead screwdriver in the places highlighted in red ?

My home burglar alarm Please can someone tell me how to disable the key tone or reduce volume to zero on my Honeywell Galaxy G2-20 keypad, the keys make such a loud piercing noise when I tap in our code - I can't find this information anywhere. Thanks.
