my house built in 1969 has tiles (type unknown) in all rooms on the ground floor installed by builders. I want to lay some self adhesive vinyl tiles over these but evidently they will not stick to thermoplastic tiles. How do identify wether the tiles are thermoplastic? if they are is there...
