Thanks for the reply. I tried knocking them with a flat screw driver and hammer, no movement because the grab screw is gripping the bolt that tight. It's a fine line between safety and maintenance.

Upvc door hinges. The multi point lock system has failed and door is stuck closed. Keys turning but not engaging. I now have to remove the door from the hinges but it's impossible to get to the grab screw that holds the hinge pin. ( The grab screws can only be accessed when door is open)...
