I've got a Scantronic burglar alarm (with 9752EN-00 control panel and 9940 keypad) which was installed in 2008. We've had a few instances in the last few weeks where suddenly it's as if the keys are being pressed. An asterisk appears on the control panel and the device lights up. Normally...
