Cheers Blup, I was thinking more about the finishing, as the other pocket doors I have, have always just been wood, so I could paint it all, now unless they plaster the last bit of board I am likely to have visible plasterboard and screw heads...

Hi, Have builders in at the moment, and generally, they have been alright. Left them to it and came back to find that they had put plasterboard around the door frame, and over the door where a pocket door would slide into. So the lock would then have to go into plastboard? They were speedy...
