Hi The pump doesn't have any LEDs. It's a Grundfos UPS 25-55 180. I'm not at home now but I can send a photo of the switch later. The boiler does the same cycle with hot water, heating or both on.

Thanks Madreb, It did get up to 95deg with the BG man there and I think that's why he suggested a power flush as he was happy with the boiler but thought that there was a blockage in the system. As suggested we will get someone else in. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks again to everyone...

Hi Madrab, Thanks for your advice. Yes, the connection above the trap is totally clear. Assuming that the sensor readings are correct, I wonder if it's cutting off because it's warming up too quickly. I've had the Temperature blocking mode symbols top left and bottom right a couple of times...

Thanks It's a heat only boiler. I'm not really sure that it's overheating as such as it only as it only gets to 50 or 60 degrees before it cuts out. There's no kettling noises either.

Hi Ian, Thanks very much. The trap was absolutely filthy and it's clean now. Sadly the boiler is doing the same thing but it's going up to 66° before cutting out. Any other good ideas? Thanks again
