    Yes, it will have a standard foundation footprint - 600mm wide and 1000mm deep. We will have suspended floors over the TW pipe and at least a 50mm clearance between top fo the pipe and the beam.

    Yes. its 300 below ground . The nearest manhole is 6 feet in the adjoining council land. Its made out of concrete. When we opened the manhole we saw clear water - so its likely to be surface rainwater and there was no foul smell at all.
