Hi know this post is old but to clarify what is needed is a non return check valve to be placed on the cold water to stop the airlock, I think question was related to this question.

Is there an updated method of doing the above in 2023, ? I ask because I have a 15mm hot tap I want to put into my cold water supply but the Flexi is for 22mm without having to change the Flexi l.
