Hi all. Just to clarify. Council have said that they have taken measurement from the lowest point and not the highest point. I believe it is a point that can be argued,but the options they have left me with doesn't allow me to dispute it. Any help would be grateful. Thanks

Thank you for the response. That's exactly the point I was trying to make to her. She just kept refusing to measure from the back, and only measured from the front. Now I'm just gonna have to worry for the next six weeks,hoping and praying nothing comes back.
