Worcester Bosch Greenstar is the type it is!

This is what is says when I reset it then it goes straight back to the first image. Unsure of which one as it’s my mums. All we’ve been seeing for two hours it both these messages, we can’t get into anything else

Good evening. Has anyone an idea of what this fault code is on a Worcester boiler? No help from google. Have no hot water and central heating? Stuck till Monday like this so anyone help would be brilliant. TIA
