Thanks so much Madrab. Sorry it took so long but I have been away. I followed the re charging guide in the manual, re charged with a pump and it seems to have worked!!! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to answer!

I turned off the shower and then the hot taps for 5 seconds and back on and they run fine. I tried this several times at differing intervals and it seems to stop working completely after about 30 seconds following turning them off and back on again. If that makes sense?

Yes sorry, the basin is on a pedestal and is around 800 mm off of the loft floor. The bath obviously lower! Pic attached. Excuse the mess..in the middle of decorating!

Not 100% sure but I see the twin pump outlets both going up into the ceiling with branches into the downstairs bathroom, so I'm guessing yes! I could try emptying the ev out of the wife's shoes and bags so I can trace the pipes, but that would take me a few weeks Yes, they stop running straight...

Thanks. Cold water is fine, it's just hot water up stairs.

We only get cold water. Absolutely no water at all from the hot taps! But if I run the downstairs shower, we suddenly get full pressure hour water to upstairs hot taps!

Thanks Terry, the cylinder is in the downstairs airing cupboard and the storage is in the loft eves, raised by about six inches from the floor.
