Hi, I added additional insulation to the attic and noticed this introduced condensation. I just had ventilation roof tiles installed which resulted in surrounding tiles being raised. (See attached pictures). Is this normal or were the wrong ventilation tiles used for the roof? Thanks.

The same company did the base and are installing the garden room. Thanks again for your feedback, glad it's not a big issue that will cause problems later on.

Thanks for your quick reply @mrrusty. The frame is 3 inch timber. 3 of the sides are flush with timber frame and base. The slats for the walls come over the base slightly for the water run off. I just thought it was odd that on one side the 3 inch timber frame over ran the base by one inch...

I am getting a garden room in and noticed when the structure went up today, that the timber structure is bigger than the concrete base on one end. The timber frame is bigger than the concrete base by about an inch on one end. What are the risks to the structure in this case?
