It has a soft and foamy texture and Its set on the inside of the original exterior wall of the building. Is it vermiculite insulation and what are the asbestos related risks if anyone can advise? Thank you

I've lifted the floorboards and at random spots around the pipes you can find this. Could it contain asbestos? Thanks people!
