1930's house with original porch. Above porch is tiling (the sloped wall of bathroom) and the guttering is clear. There is the usual lead valley. How do I check the basics before phoning roofers? Can a gap be filled with silicone? Or should I get a roofer to proper leadwork? Many thanks
