    ive no clue what any of this is, my heating and water just went the other day, im in student housing and phoned landlord about it and they haven’t sent anyone out and need the hot water back on

    help i have no hot water or heating ): ive turned them valves and have heard nothing /nor is the pressure going up. any idea what to do??
