Thanks for your reply Agile. Yes I have set it properly and also had a feeling that it could be one of the many controls not the boiler itself that is faulty. Unfortunately the person who fitted the system is away on holiday for two weeks.

My 3 yr old Gloworm Condensing Boiler was serviced last month (he set it at 1.4 and its on 1.3 now) and was working fine, however the underfloor heating won't come on downstairs and its pretty cold at the moment. The hot water is fine and the upstairs underfloor heating is working perfectly...
