    Hi We have removed whole chimney from all levels. No issues back filling the ground and first floor with standard bricks however the remaining void bit the loft is slight shallow and your standard 65mm brick will protrude by about 5mm. How would I go about filling this space?

    I have very good relations with the neighbours and don't want to stop their work if not detrimental to me. As long as they don't encroach and it doesn't in any way disadvantage my property. Based on what I've described will this be encroaching if they building on their side of the party wall?
