    Removed the shower, I had to cut the T pieces as shown. The copper pipes had corroded with verdigris which explains why I couldn't pull it off. I would think fitting with plastic pipes would be better for future removal.

    Yes that's an option to cut the copper but I thought it's more work than cutting the tee.

    I'm going to cut it off tomorrow shown in the photo green line and hope for the best, then order new Tee's. I see a seal kit on ebay that looks like O rings It must be scaled up inside which is why it wont pull off? I feel if I pull more it will bend the copper behind. .

    I called AL again, they were good. Spoke to technical dept who said it should pull off copper pipes. But I guess it's old and scaled up a bit. So I think it's a case of cut it off and get new tee's. Also spoke to shower spares, and said cut off if I can't get it off and fit new tee's and seal...

    I am not so sure it has grippers on because I removed the bottom entry bung which looks the same and it didn't have any grippers? I will try calling AL again.

    It turns of on HW when the programmer is not calling so might not be pump wiring?
