    Thanks for your reply. It is a very serious question. Without those pins I can't set the hours between I want hot water/heating. I couldn't find those pins anywhere , probably is sort of a dinosaur central heating.

    Thanks for your reply. I actually tried that: the humming disappears but then I get what I think is called "water hammer" and the pilot goes off - the pump is upstairs and the boiler downstairs.

    Thanks for your reply. Very appreciated. The point is it needs a power socket :( I assume it should be installed like a shower pump (after all it is a sort of pump).
